Become part of our network and let’s create your future together About the role As a member of a team of experienced cybersecurity engineers the candidate will focus on implementing and supporting Cyber security solutions and services. Duties & responsibilities Implementation of cyber security services and solutions (on-prem and cloud) such as WAF / SIEM / DDoS Protection / Vulnerability Management / EDR / Cloud Security / PAM Monitoring the availability and support of all IT security systems and services Monitoring the capacity of security systems & supporting infrastructure and project future capacity Define security requirements in projects and infrastructure; identify security gaps and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks Provide secure design, implementation, and testing standards tailored to specific technical platforms and projects Complete assigned projects and tasks on an as‑needed basis Required Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, Telecommunications or a related field In-depth hands‑on experience with IT systems and integrations in physical, virtual, and cloud environments, including Linux/Unix, Windows Server, VMware, and/or Hyper‑V technologies Technical knowledge and understanding of all infrastructure layers (Operating System, Database, Application, Networking) Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to write clearly and succinctly for diverse audiences A consultant mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork, and having customer experience as top priority Preferred Skills Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Cybersecurity Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, CRTP, CRTE, or equivalent will be considered as an asset Specialization or experience in cloud security Hands‑on experience as a Security Engineer Experience working with SIEM tools Technical knowledge or hands‑on experience on Cloud security Solid understanding of network topologies and access control reviews What we offer At OTE Group, we recognize and reward every effort without discrimination, through a wide range of benefits and programs for our people: Your benefits Competitive remuneration package Cafeteria benefits Company Mobile & Device Subsidies Fixed telephony, Internet & COSMOTE TV Packages Modern working environment, working laptop only Your balance Flexible working arrangements Private insurance for employees and their family members Family Care: Maternity, childbirth and parental leave to care for children, above the minimum required by law.
