* *Provide specialized care*: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes. * *Administer medication with expertise*: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety. * *Thorough documentation*: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records. * *Empower patients and families:* Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

* Competitive Compensation ranging from $42 to $50 Hour. * _Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked._ * _The bottom range indicates little to no experience, while working 30 hours per week._ * _The top range indicates highly skilled and experienced clinicians surpassing full-time minimum requirement of 30 hours completed weekly._

* Current Washington Registered Nurse License is required. * Active Nursing License in good standing (required) * Attention to Detail * Time Management Skills * Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution * Good Organization and Effective Communication * Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred) * Home Health Experience (preferred)
