Description

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of tenant improvement projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Liaise between clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Manage the project team, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular progress updates and manage any project adjustments as required.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager with a background in commercial/office fit-outs who can hit the ground running with minimal training. You have experience managing large-scale TI projects and possess strong communication and organizational skills. You are familiar with the project process from the owner's side and have the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
