Innovation and Modernization: Introduce new features, functionalities, and technologies to enhance user experience and system capabilities, including mobile access, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of the Salesforce platform, addressing any technical issues promptly. User Support and Training: Provide comprehensive support to end-users, including troubleshooting, helpdesk services, and training programs to improve user adoption and proficiency. Change Management: Implement effective change management processes to handle updates, upgrades, and system changes with minimal disruption to operations. Security and Compliance Assurance: Maintain stringent security measures to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and DoD regulations. Data Management and Integration: Enhance data quality, implement data governance practices, and support seamless integration with internal and external systems. Scalability and Flexibility: Ensure the Salesforce environment can scale to meet future demands and is flexible enough to adapt to new requirements. Anticipated Challenges: Legacy System Integration: Integrating Salesforce with legacy systems that may have compatibility issues or limited support. Resource Constraints: Managing system enhancements and support within budgetary and personnel constraints. Regulatory Compliance: Keeping abreast of changing regulations and ensuring continuous compliance in a highly regulated environment. Required Qualifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification. Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration tools (APIs, middleware, Data Loader). Experience implementing Agile/SDLC methodologies.
