Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Onsite at E-Therapy Location: Yreka, CA Start Date: ASAP – June 4, 2026 (with ESY opportunity) Hours: Full‑time 37.5 hrs/week Compensation: $60/hour (or based on experience) Contact: Sara.Pessman@electronic-therapy.com or 803-868-4570 Overview We are seeking an in‑person Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to students in Pre‑K‑12 schools in Yreka, CA. The candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive assessments, individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language and communication abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs. Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in classroom and other educational settings. Incorporate evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development. Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure. Experience providing speech‑language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting. Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech‑language pathology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents and school staff. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred). Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech‑language therapy (preferred). Benefits Competitive salary.
