A little more about us: Our assessments identify common posture, strength, and flexibility deficits. Due to movement biases, specific muscles become inefficient, leading to instability in the body. Unfortunately, this can lead to chronic injury cycles. The Fluid Movement Management System addresses the following: \*Motor control changes that develop due to prior injury (i.e., limping, guarding, etc.) \*We measure the strength and flexibility differences between your left and right sides and then compare those values to age- and performance level-adjusted averages \*We can improve your strength and flexibility relative to your general peer population \*We teach your body how to move as it is intended (compared to how babies learn to move) \*Other factors that might keep you from reaching your goals like recovery, sleep, nutrition, and cardio health Fluid System Advantages: \*We look at how your body currently moves and your strength imbalances to determine what type of injuries you could develop if not addressed \*We evaluate how motor control changes (post-injury) affect your function \*We use movement screens to establish daily activity and sport-related functional activity baselines \*It is a full-body approach \*It provides benchmarks for how to progress exercise safely. Your body is designed to move, so stay in motion.
```Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in trigger point therapy, pediatrics, acute care, or hospital settings is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care```
