As a Support Services Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Service/Sales teams by providing administrative and transactional support.
This role will involve coordinating and collaborating with the Customer Service Team to meet customer needs, maintaining spreadsheets for Lot Bills and other non-standard billing cycles, and generating Open Order reports.
Responsibilities:
- Enter orders into the Business System and provide transactional support to the Customer Service Team.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
