This role will involve coordinating and collaborating with the Customer Service Team to meet customer needs, maintaining spreadsheets for Lot Bills and other non-standard billing cycles, and generating Open Order reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter orders into the Business System and provide transactional support to the Customer Service Team.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
