General Summary:
Provide basic nursing care under RN direction.
Assist with complex patient care for adults and geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal hygiene and daily living activities.
Record vital signs and patient data accurately.
Support respiratory care and notify RN/RCP as needed.
Conduct bedside tests and assist with admissions/discharges.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient belongings.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
Participate in continuing education and staff meetings.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of PCT training and CNA certification.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Physical ability to transport patients and manage supplies.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and push heavy objects.
