The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and evaluating training programs, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities:

You will design and deliver comprehensive employee training programs. Identify skill gaps within the organization and create targeted training content. Select appropriate training tools and delivery methods based on the audience and material. Develop and maintain course content, manuals, and other training resources. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by assessing employee comprehension. You must work independently while collaborating with senior management. Apply advanced techniques and theories to enhance training outcomes.







Qualifications:

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. A Bachelor’s degree with 10-12 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of cybersecurity methods, applications, and policies. Proficiency with online training tools and delivery methods. DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. Experience in developing and assessing course curricula. Familiarity with IT systems and technologies. Strong analytical, decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to executive-level stakeholders. Experience with project management, including documentation, requirements, and deliverables.










Preferred Qualification:

Experience working with military customers and staff, particularly HQDA.
