This is a contingent hire for a full-time client facing position supporting a government agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our AI technologies and products. You will work on a broad range of projects, from initial development to deployment**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions using emerging technologies such as deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and Agentic AI.* Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends and designs and develops AI/ML models to solve business problems.* Utilizes understanding of model differences and applicability across different use cases to advise on appropriate solutioning for a variety of functions.* Identify potential data security and integrity issues ahead of implementation.* Develop and apply current verification and validation paradigms, including model testing, simulation, and formal methods, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI systems.* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI solutions.**Qualifications:****Required:*** Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering* Minimum of five (5) years of artificial intelligence experience* **Active TS/SCI****Desired:*** Strong background in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.* Experience with current verification and validation paradigms, including model testing, simulation, and formal methods.* Experience developing with machine learning frameworks (Pytorch, Tensorflow, MxNet, Caffe, Keras, etc.).**Basic Compensation:**$125,200 - $187,700This range is for the Maryland area onlyThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.**Additional Compensation:**KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
