We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team in Calabasas. This pivotal role requires a leader with a comprehensive understanding of skilled nursing facilities and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that comply with all regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and outcomes. Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in nursing practice. Qualifications Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California. Required 1 year Medicare Based Home Health Leadership experience A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
