Job Description Lead the Spare Parts team, ensuring motivation and optimal performance. Conduct and communicate performance appraisals. Collaborate with the Customer Care Director to plan the Spare Parts department. Oversee daily putaway of parts by team members. Ensure quotes and sales orders are processed with excellent customer service. Process purchase orders daily and confirm shipment to team members. Replenish stock as required and order new stock for new models, organizing labels and rearranging stock. Manage stock movements to other departments and return defective or old parts to suppliers in conjunction with Brand Manager and Finance Manager. Conduct spare parts stocktake and provide monthly reports. Profile The Spare Parts Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the spare parts department, ensuring staff performance and meeting client expectations. Professional Requirements Extremely strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers. High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Access, and email. Customer‑service oriented, team‑oriented and able to work in a fast environment. Preferred experience in spare parts or jewelry industry.
