Job Description:

- Work 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour shifts, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must have experience using EPIC systems.
- Handle patients with varying acuity levels, including possible COVID-19 patients.
- Staff-to-patient ratio typically 1 to 5/6, with occasional adjustment to 1 to 7.
- Required to float to similar or lower acuity units if necessary.
- On-call duty required once per pay period for a 12-hour shift.
