OverviewTechnical Implementation Consultant - Analyst at Peloton Consulting Group. We strive to create a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where teams develop innovative solutions that deliver real business results and opportunities for growth.Specific Responsibilities Include:Defining business requirements and providing recommendations to resolve client pain pointsContributing to team brainstorms and effectively communicating informationDesigning, prototyping, and building technical solutionsConducting system integration testing and user acceptance testingDelivering end user training and conducting knowledge transfer sessions with the clientDeveloping Peloton knowledge assets and intellectual propertyRequired Experience and Skills:BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business/Consulting, Technology, or equivalentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEagerness to work in a team-oriented environment with initiative and driveProficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, calculators, pivot tables, etc.)Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial and technical conceptsExposure to technologies: web (Java, HTML, Python), relational databases (Oracle, SQL), reporting, or data analysis/miningExperience within FP&A, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR or Analytics is preferredExposure to ERP or EPM systems, specifically Oracle, is a huge plusAbility and willingness to travel within the United StatesCompensationCompetitive base salary and performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with a company matchFlexible SpendingTechnical and business skills trainingPaid holidays and vacationDiscounts on pet insuranceEqual Opportunity Employer: Peloton Group is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
