Perform plant maintenance using standard operating procedures within the vegetation and flowering rooms
Monitor plant health
Must follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines; including the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment.
Work as a team to meet production schedules.
Good communication skills with co-workers and management.
Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the plant with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift. Including, mopping floors, sanitizing work spaces and sweeping.
Other duties as assigned.
Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management.
Understand and apply the use of BioTrack, our seed to sale tracking program.
Possess a willingness to work hard and learn every day.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required
Working longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.
Working indoors as well as outdoors during all seasonal temperatures and weather conditions.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs., ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
Ability to work as a team player
At least 21 years of age
Ability to pass a Federal background check
