Director - Finance & Accounting - Executive Search Corporate Accountant Our client in the real estate industry is looking to hire a newly created Corporate Accountant to the team. This is a fast paced environment where this individual can grow long term and be an impact within the organization. Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting schedules Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with US GAAP Excels in planning, organizing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines Assist with special projects including ad-hoc reporting requests from individuals at various levels within the organization Assists in the annual financial audit process Demonstrated ability in delivering process improvements within the Finance function Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, maintaining a high level of accountability, ingenuity and initiative Education Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of experience within corporate accounting Experience working in MS Excel Advanced skill level in MS Excel Experience in a larger ERP system Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Real Estate and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
