The Role: Assistant Store Manager The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in running our LA store, helping to recruit, train, and guide the team while ensuring high standards of service and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in creating a great experience for fans and showcasing our unique collection of football shirts. Location: on site: 447 N Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036 Hours: The role is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, between Monday and Saturday, 5 days a week. Lead & Motivate the Team Support with recruiting, training, and developing staff who share our passion for football shirts. Lead with energy and charisma, setting the tone on the shop floor. Provide coaching and feedback that helps the team grow and succeed. Customer Service Make sure every visitor feels the buzz of football culture and leaves with the perfect shirt (or two). Step in to handle escalated queries, always with professionalism and passion. Inspire your team to deliver next-level service that keeps customer coming back. Drive the Business Forward Use your commercial acumen to support sales targets and KPIs. Spot opportunities to grow the store – from events to networking. Turn great ideas into action, following through to deliver results. Store Operations Keep the store looking sharp – organized, safe, and visually engaging. Support stock management and replenishment. Ensure company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards are upheld. About you We’d love to hear from you if you are: Experienced in retail – ideally with a background in management. Soccer/Football shirt savvy – knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history, culture, and stories behind kits. Charismatic & energetic – a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, fan-focused environment. Business-minded – commercially aware and able to turn insight into action. Great at networking – able to build strong connections with fans, local clubs, and the wider community. Action-oriented – someone who follows through on ideas and delivers results.
