SANTA ROSA, CA | Salary: $150,000–$180,000LHH is working with a nonprofit in seeking an Immigration Attorney to join a mission‑driven non‑profit organization specializing in family‑based immigration services. This role involves providing direct legal representation and advocacy for immigrant families while supporting community outreach and organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal consultations, prepare applications, and represent clients before EOIR and USCIS.Advocate in immigration court hearings, including master and individual hearings.Draft motions, briefs, applications, and prepare evidence for cases before Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, ICE, and USCIS.Stay current with immigration law and policy; provide training to staff as needed.Participate in outreach activities such as immigration fairs and workshops.Maintain accurate and organized client files in compliance with confidentiality standards.Collaborate with team members to ensure client‑centered service delivery.Respond to RFEs and prepare detailed cover letters for complex cases.Uphold organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices in all aspects of service delivery.Qualifications and Prior ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in immigration law, with a focus on family‑based immigration.Fluency in Spanish required.Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.Commitment to serving immigrant communities and supporting the mission of a non‑profit organization.BenefitsBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
