As a Sr. Associate, Master Scheduler at our Huntsville facility, you will manage master scheduling and capacity planning across multiple projects and shared resources. You will use MRP planning systems, Oracle, and scheduling methods to support an internal customer‑facing environment in a highly technical setting. This position may require overtime, weekend, holiday, and/or second‑shift work. Essential Functions Responsible for MRP output for the facility, entering and managing production and development demand via Oracle to meet delivery dates. Analyze and support scheduling tools, dashboards, and databases to forecast future work accurately. Create and analyze capacity data at site and department levels, providing “what‑if” scenarios to meet changing demand. Support SIOP by analyzing and preparing data, providing short‑ and long‑term solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align the Oracle master production schedule with program schedules. Validate contract delivery and performance metrics, processes, and management tools. Manage ad‑hoc projects with minimal supervision and serve as spokesperson on sound scheduling practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of master scheduling/capacity planning experience; or a graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience; or, if no degree, a minimum of 4 years of experience. Preferred Additional Skills Experience with MRP/ERP systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross‑functional/cross‑site teams. Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred. APICS certification preferred. Advanced Excel and MS Project skills.
