(nd) is seeking motivated Data Analysts to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at our partner facility in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you will help ensure that scanned taxpayer documents are accurate, complete, and ready for digital processing. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position ideal for individuals who enjoy accuracy, teamwork, and supporting critical federal operations. Key Responsibilities Perform quality checks on scanned documents to verify that on-screen data matches the original paper forms. Review and validate data entries for completeness, accuracy, and correct formatting. Follow established IRS quality control procedures and production goals. Collaborate with team members to maintain steady workflow and daily output. Report discrepancies and contribute to continuous process improvements. Support Lead Analysts with quality assurance and team coordination as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or data entry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail , accuracy, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a production-oriented, fast-paced environment . Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software tools. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn. Business casual attire required. Cell phones and mobile devices must be stored in provided lockers while on the production floor. Eligibility for IRS Clearance Employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining IRS clearance. nd will sponsor and manage the clearance process , which requires : citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card) with at least four years of tax filings in good standing. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening . No outstanding tax debt or compliance issues with the IRS. Compensation & Opportunities $ / hour starting rate. Lead roles available for qualified candidates at $ / hour , providing oversight and quality assurance responsibilities. Long-term, full-time employment on a five-year federal contract .
