Your primary responsibility will be on optimizing each guests experience by providing a spotlessly clean hotel facilities and outlets and providing incredibly friendly guest service to every guest. Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and product quality in accordance with Company and Brand standards. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas, common areas or guest rooms to maintenance. Maintain professionalism at all times. **Essential Responsibilities and Duties** include the following **-** *Other Duties May Be Assigned***:** * Excellent verbal and communication skills required.

* Professional appearance and grooming must be adhered to at all times.

* Uniforms must be worn according to Company and Brand standards.

* Excellent verbal and communication skills required.

* Proficient in English. Bi-lingual a plus.

* Work a flexible schedule.

* Stand and walk for an extended period of time.

* Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place object weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.

* Adaptable and willing to assist other departments in time of need.

* Ability to attend and complete Company and Brand training.

* Work well in a fast paced team environment.

* Have an outgoing personality.

* Maintain professionalism at all times.

* Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

* High School Diploma is preferred.

*** + a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or

+ a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.
