Responsibilities

Ascension Medical Group St. Vincent is seeking aFamily Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our primarycare team in Westfield, IN. We provide care for acute illness, injury, adult medicine, adult medical care, physicals, screening tests and womens health services. Very supportive group with great mentorship.

Highlights:

  • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
  • Join 2 MD's and 1 APP

  • See approximately 20 patients/day

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:


Required Credential(s):

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
