Pay Rate: $26-28/hour
Shift: Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm
Location: Mon and Friday - Remote  /  Tue, Wed, Thur - Onsite at Princeton, NJ office

What’s a typical day as a Collections Specialist? You’ll be:
• Collecting from a core group of Integra customers using various communication tools
• Making order hold/release decisions
• Speaking with various levels of an organization, including the sales team
• Reconciling and resolving disputes/chargebacks
• Working in Oracle and a collection system to maximize cash flow

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong verbal and writing skills
• Have the ability to reconcile and resolve disputes/chargebacks
• Can collect from people at all levels of an organization
• Have experience in managing chargebacks and rebates in the pharmaceutical/medical device areas
