Our Mission
The Anderson Tech Academy, provided by Anderson Auto Group, is based in our Service Departments. This course's objective is helping you earn your Ford Master Certification.
We will pair you with an experienced Technician to apprentice, free tuition, pay, and a toolbox while you learn the ins and outs of the industry. You become an Anderson employee eligible for medical and dental coverage as well as 401K. This hands-on program shows you how to effectively service and repair all makes and models with an emphasis on Ford Vehicles; you'll have an opportunity to specialize in Ford, Mazda, KIA, Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, or Mitsubishi.
You will be a member of our Service Team as you learn and earn your Master Certification over the following 7 years. This system helps jump-start your career in vehicle service, without paying a single cent in tuition, and learn while earning a living.
Become a Master Certified Technician
Since 1981 Anderson Auto Group has served their communities with friendly dealerships in three cities and services in sales, parts, body shop, and vehicle maintenance.
Our Service Departments write over 300 daily tickets and service over 10,000 vehicles each year. Our company culture and experienced technicians will launch you into a rewarding career in vehicle service.
Program Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED (minimum age 18)
• Mechanically inclined and strong desire to learn
• Acceptable drug test results, background check, MVR and fit for duty evaluation upon job offer
• Transportation to attend classes and shop assignments
• Successfully pass interview & assessment process
For Parents:
We're always looking for great technicians. Your son or daughter will get paid to learn from an established company and graduate debt-free. They'll receive hands-on training and learn how a real-world shop works. With free tuition, mechanical skills they already possess, and tools provided, they will have all they need to start a career.
