- We recently completed a $9 million surgical suite/central processing remodel and expansion (2020).
- We opened a dedicated, physician-led outpatient Wound Care Center (2020).
- We launched a community para-medicine and mobile crisis response team (behavioral health) program to provide care outside our walls to improve the well-being of our community (2020).
- Currently Employ 17 Physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to Family Practice.
- Two clinic sites (Broadway & North Clinic) assigned to one location, not both.
- 2-3 exam rooms per physician.
- Support staff included, Medical Assistant, RNs, & LPNs.
- Lab and X-Ray located at both clinics. (Broadway also has outpatient Pharmacy.)
- Base salary (MGMA Median, currently at $250,000), plus productivity compensation (RVU based, $53.78/wRVU over 3,977 RVUs), and Value Based Incentive Compensation (Up to $27,028 and an extra $5.80/wRVU).
- CME Allowance, Personal Leave (6 weeks), Comprehensive Benefits Packages, Recruitment Incentive (Sign-on/Relocation), Licensure Reimbursement, Free Gym Membership.
