Activ8, a professional recruiting company for global business, is seeking a new Professional Recruiting team member who can work at our NJ branch. Must have 1) bilingual fluency in English and Japanese or Korean languages with Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 2) Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening); 3) able to work full-time basis at office (100% on-site) with some business trips (10%). This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits including insurances, 401K, and PTO.

Japanese or Korean & English Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities:

Responsible for office clerical duties including answering incoming calls, data entry, filing and copying documents, etc.
Screening resumes, conducting itinial phone screenings, updating database, scheduling appointments and interviews, and following up after interviews
Communicating with clients to know their hiring needs
Responsible for offer negotiations and preparation for candidates' new career start
Doing some cold calling and generating new business
Visiting clients to maintain current business relationship and/or develop new business
Assist other team members in many ways

Japanese or Korean & English Bilingual Recruiter Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and Japanese or Korean languagues at professional level - Able to read, write, and speak without any assistance
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience in Business field
Must be able to conduct web search for candidates quickly and efficiently
Must be comfortable and able to make multiple phone calls and conversations daily
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
Able to travel including overnight (10%)
Able to work at office (100% on-site work. No Hybrid or No Remote work allowed.)
