Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $172,500 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work in a dynamic and collaborative agile environment Chance to mentor and lead a team of software engineers Engage in cutting-edge technology and software development practices Contribute to impactful projects that enhance digital healthcare solutions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs Write code adhering to established coding standards and perform code reviews Generate ideas and implement technical solutions to achieve product features while ensuring functionality and performance Participate in scrum ceremonies, assist in sprint planning, and complete development sprints Mentor other software engineers and oversee the resolution of complex technical issues What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and scalable systems At least 5 years of experience in two or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) 5 years of experience with web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON Proven ability to define system architectures and optimize technical capabilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Proven experience in a lead engineering role with technical leadership capabilities Strong proficiency in backend development using Python and related frameworks Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Frontend development expertise using ReactJS and associated technologies Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
