Production Technician

Production Technician Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Technician for a company based in Decatur, AL that produces military grade components. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being part of a dynamic team of people. Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00 Schedule and Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. No OT is approved at any time. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate and learn to use a lathe and other mechanical tools. Assisting in painting and finishing product bodies. Support general plant operations, which may include manual tasks such as cleaning and maintenance. Conduct inspections based on established criteria. Qualifications and Requirements: Active soldering certification required. Prior experience with inspection or quality control is a plus. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to take on additional duties beyond soldiering.
