You will lead a team of electricians, plan the workflow, and ensure the project is executed with excellence. This position requires strong communication, consistent leadership, and the ability to model a positive attitude and strong work ethic for the team on site.Ideal Electrical Commercial Construction ForemanAbility to oversee and manage multiple small projects, or one large project (1,200+ hours)Task-focused, responsive, and proactive in finding pathways to success on the jobsiteStrong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues accurately and efficientlyEffective communicator with team members and general contractorsStrong knowledge of NEC Electrical CodeHealthcare construction experience is requiredAble to lift 75 lbs and safely climb ladders or scaffoldingReliable transportation and a valid driver's license with an insurable driving recordMinimum of two years of experience running comparable-sized workStrong attention to detail regarding materials and labor trackingCommitment to maintaining safety as the top priorityExceptional Electrical Commercial Construction Foreman5+ years of leadership experience running work of similar or larger scaleAbility to plan, implement, and deliver project goals within the timelineBrings innovative solutions and ideas to improve performance or outcomesExhibits a strong sense of urgency and consistent follow-throughEnjoys serving others and contributing to an outstanding client experienceCharacter Qualities We Look ForCoachable spiritStrong work ethicPassion for serving others and collaborating as a teamWhat We ValueExcellence – Striving for the highest standards in everything we doGrowth – Personally, professionally, and spirituallyOthers – Doing unto others as we would have them do to usGreat Pay: $30–$40 per hourHealth Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
