We have assembled a team that has turned it into a very customer-centric establishment, achieving a CSI that is currently 4th in the nation amongst Honda dealers (previously not even in the top 1000). We have had a dramatic increase in all departments and need an experienced sales team to help us have a smooth transition into our brand new facility near Edinburgh Outlet Mall in approximately 1 year. What We Offer: Medical, Dental & Vision Life Insurance Short-Term disability 401K Paid vacation Paid sick days Great pay and be part of Indiana's GIANT Automotive Family Responsibilities will include: Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives Negotiating deals with customers Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system Generating leads for our F&I managers Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales Specific skills required: 1-2 years automotive sales experience required Self-driven and motivated to achieve results Excellent communication skills Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more
