Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed – our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$600 billion in Assets Under Management and ~5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices. As a Lending Specialist within JPMorgan Wealth Management, you will offer comprehensive lending expertise, acting as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors, Clients, and Market Leadership who rely on your knowledge to navigate lending needs and deliver exceptional outcomes. In this high-impact and fast-paced role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day, whether it’s by providing seamless execution of new lending requests, designing innovative solutions, or helping clients and advisors unlock new opportunities for growth and financial success. Your work will directly contribute to the expansion of our high-growth lending business, as you generate new business, deepen existing relationships, and champion the full suite of JPMorgan’s lending capabilities. By promoting broader awareness and understanding of our products, you will empower advisors to confidently address client needs and proactively identify new ways to add value. Collaboration is at the heart of this position, as you will partner with internal teams to resolve production, quality, and escalated client service or risk-related issues, always striving for operational excellence and a superior client experience. The pace of change and innovation in this business means you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of lending within Wealth Management, driving sustained growth, and setting new standards for service and performance. Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors and Market Leadership, providing expert guidance on lending products and solutions to support client needs and business growth. Drive opportunities by offering recommendations and insights based on specific credit policies and guidelines to facilitate informed decision-making. Demonstrate decisiveness by making thoughtful and timely decisions in high-volume and ambiguous situations, consistently striving for the best outcomes for both clients and the firm. Participate in projects focused on productivity improvements, compliance, and product enhancements, contributing to the ongoing evolution and success of the lending business. Coordinate with and provide support to the Service Team, ensuring seamless execution of lending requests and a high standard of client service throughout the process. Promote broader awareness of lending capabilities and proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand the firm’s lending footprint. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending products, market trends, and regulatory requirements to serve as a trusted resource for Advisors and clients. Collaborate across functional partners to ensure operational excellence and superior client outcomes. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 6+ years of financial services experience. Valid and active Securities Industry Essential Series 7 & Series 66 licenses (or similar), or successfully obtain within 120 days from start date as a condition of employment. Experience with lending in a wealth management division across mortgage, margin, and/or securities-based lending. Strong partnership and people skills; collaborate with people across all levels of the organization. Exceptional analytical, written, and presentation skills; capable of speaking comfortably to large groups. Organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
