Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to oversee pharmaceutical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional patient care.

Duties:

- Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services
- Ensure accurate medication dispensing and administration
- Conduct utilization reviews to optimize patient outcomes
- Collaborate with medical teams on patient care plans
- Provide expertise in medical management and medication therapy management
- Oversee inventory control and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize patient safety and quality care
