Job Requirements Experience in furniture, design, luxury retail, or home/lifestyle products preferred. Proven ability to deliver sales results in a consultative, high-touch sales environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Self-starter with a professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset. Proficiency with CRM systems, POS tools, and basic office software (MS Office, etc.). Passionate about outdoor living and design aesthetics. Proficiency in rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) to create visual presentations and layout plans for client proposals.
