We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Field Service Trailer Technician to join our growing Service and Breakdown Team in Brooklyn. This hands‑on role suits a technician who enjoys variety – from breakdown callouts to scheduled onsite servicing – and takes pride in getting the job done right the first time. You’ll be representing a trusted Australian brand, working independently in the field while backed by the full support of our workshop team. Your Role & Responsibilities As a Field Service Trailer Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering expert onsite servicing and repairs to our customers’ trailers, with a strong focus on security, quality, and efficiency. Carry out mechanical servicing, repairs, and reconditioning on customer trailers to a high standard. Complete all work in line with company procedures, quality checks, and safety requirements. Accurately record all parts, labour, and job details in line with company systems. Participate in the breakdown roster, responding to emergency repair callouts as required. Work collaboratively with the workshop and service team to maintain a positive, high-performing environment. About You You’re a qualified Heavy Vehicle or Trailer Mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship and doing the job right. You’ve got solid experience with trailer brakes, suspension, and air systems, and you understand the importance of keeping equipment safe and reliable. You’ll bring A trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle or Trailer Mechanics. Proven experience working on heavy trailers, ideally in field service or repair. Strong knowledge of trailer brake, air, and suspension systems. A commitment to safe work practices and delivering quality results. Good communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
