Position Litigation Attorney We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, with specific trial experience in wrongful death, workplace injury, and catastrophic injury cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney who is passionate about advocacy and achieving results for clients. Responsibilities Handle a full litigation caseload from intake through trial and resolution. Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents. Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel. Work collaboratively with the firm’s legal team to strategize and pursue the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience, with trial experience required. Proven background handling wrongful death, workplace injury, or catastrophic injury cases. Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Prior personal injury experience will be considered when determining compensation and case percentages.
