We are seeking an innovative engineering leader to join our clients Operations Engineering and Architecture team. This team is dedicated to shaping the future of operations technology by reducing process friction, errors, and manual effort. As a key player, you’ll guide the technical direction of products and services, establish engineering best practices, and lead cultural change throughout the organization. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with Generative AI technologies, embedding their capabilities into our systems through prompt engineering.

Required Skills:

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and scalable backend platforms.
  • Fluency in at least two programming languages, preferably Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Golang.
  • Experience designing control and sandboxing systems for AI research.
  • Proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Experience with bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs.
  • Understanding of language models and transformers.
  • Expertise in vector stores and search algorithms.
  • Large-scale ETL development experience.
  • Proven experience with high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.
  • Experience supporting fast-paced startup engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with LangChain and potential contributions to the project.
