Pecheles Honda seeks an experienced Automotive Sales Professional or current Finance Industry Professional to quickly assume a Finance Manager role.

Our ideal candidate will be confident working directly with our customers, have a strong understanding of automotive sales processes and practices, and be highly adaptable OR have current work experience in finance, corporate banking, or accounting. Additionally, our Finance Manager must be an organized self-starter, committed to excellent communication and thorough processes implementation.

The Finance Manager assists customers in arranging loans and/or leases for vehicles purchases from the dealership, develops controls necessary for the proper conduct of the business, maintains accurate records and establishes and maintains data processing systems to accomplish the dealership's objectives within established compliance guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals.
  • Accurately audits team deals post-Sale.
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-3 years of Automotive Sales OR 2-3 years Professional Finance/Accounting/Corporate Banking experience.
  • Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Commitment to punctuality and attendance
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen.
