Economics Adjunct instructor, Katz Associate Degree Programs

Position Summary:The Mordecai and Monique Katz Associate Degree Programs are seeking adjunct instructors to teach college courses in person at the Beren Campus and/or the Wilf Campus.Adjunct instructors in Economics will teach the introductory survey course Principles of Economics at the Wilf Campus in Washington Heights.Position Responsibilities:Teach in person up to 2 courses per semesterOffice hours, minimum 2 hours weeklyLocations: Wilf Campus (185th St & Amsterdam Ave) and/or Beren Campus (33rd St & Lexington Ave)Attend 2 in-person professional development sessions per semesterSubmit mid-semester progress reports for each studentComplete course assessment reportsUtilize university instructional and record systems, including Canvas, Starfish, and BannerExperience & Educational Background:Master's degree in a related field required; PhD preferredExperience applying knowledge in real-world business environment required for business subjectsTeaching experience requiredAbout Us: Mordecai and Monique Katz Associate Degree ProgramsOur programs offer a rigorous Jewish and secular education, with full-time, residential pathways completed over 2 years.
