The ideal candidate will assist in the leasing process, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our property management operations.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the leasing process by conducting property tours and showcasing available unitsto prospective tenants.- Respond to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and in-person.- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant applications.- Support the leasing manager in preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliancewith company policies.- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing theirneeds and concerns promptly.- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive livingexperience for residents.Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.- Previous experience in leasing or customer service is a plus.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
