Responsibilities The Financial Analyst assists the finance manager in preparation and analysis of the monthly financial statements and prepares and reconciles monthly journal entries. Qualifications Education: Must possess a high school diploma or GED; Must possess a BS in accounting, business administration or related field. Experience: Must have 1 year of experience in an environment that utilizes financial systems. License requirements: N/A Certification requirements: N/A Age Specific Care Provided For: N/A Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Meditech (if applicable to position), Epic (if applicable to position), Performance Manager/NetLearning. Other Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak English; work independently; make independent decisions; communicate effectively; be flexible; follow written and oral instructions; prioritise workload; maintain analytic and communication skills; interpersonal skills; willing to work beyond normal hours.
