Job Summary:

As an Electrical Assistant Superintendent, you will provide administrative support to the Project Superintendent and leadership team, ensuring the success of electrical construction projects nationwide. This role requires 4+ years of experience with electrical construction projects and a proven commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing project charts of accounts, CPM schedules, subcontracts/purchase orders, and project responsibility listings.
  • Coordinate, implement, and monitor Project Engineer training and development.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Superintendent and leadership team.
  • Assist in coordinating activities, schedules, material procurement, and project logistics.
  • Track, review, and process change proposal requests, change orders, and claims.
  • Implement applicable safety, EEO, and Affirmative Action programs.
  • Assist in establishing, maintaining, and leading the on-site Total Quality Management process.
  • Manage the preparation and execution of project closeout processes.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with electrical construction projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles and practices.
  • General knowledge of construction principles and processes.
  • Experience building relationships with owners and managing field staff.
  • Proven commitment to safety.
  • Ability to travel 100% nationwide.
  • Journeyman license, Apprenticeship certification, or Master or state electrical license.
