Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner – St. Louis Region – Sign On: Up to $10k Join GoHealth Urgent Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the St. Louis area. This full‑time role offers a highly competitive sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 and a dynamic healthcare environment focused on providing high‑quality patient care in our state‑of‑the‑art centers. Competitive Pay & Bonuses Daily Volume Bonus – paid monthly based on patient visit metrics achieved per shift. Quarterly Bonus – up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures. Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations. Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and preliminary reads of EKGs and X‑rays. Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA certification required. Registered Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP) required.
