Position Summary Our non-profit, biotech, research facility in Boulder, CO. seeks a dedicated and skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role is essential for supporting our research in cellular therapies and regenerative medicine. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to explore new treatments for chronic diseases. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior researchers and lab personnel to execute experiments and report results. Perform and document laboratory procedures with precision, including pipetting and aseptic techniques. Prepare and manage laboratory reagents, media, and consumables. Input and maintain accurate information in our LIMS system including Samples, SOPs, Inventory, Environmental Monitoring Information, etc. Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records in accordance with GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. Ensure adequate inventory of lab supplies and reagents. Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality control standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting. Proficiency in pipetting and aseptic technique. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience with ELNs / LIMS / or a similar data management system. Hands‑on experience with cell culture, especially with Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (MSCs). Experience with qPCR (quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction) for gene expression analysis. Experience with Flow Cytometry for cell analysis. Experience with ELISA (Enzyme‑Linked Immunosorbent Assay) for protein detection. Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
