As a Pest Technician you won't be tied to a desk, you'll be out and about - mobile and independent. You will take the lead for providing routine service to residential and commercial customers, on route-based assignments, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location. You'll become an expert in applying our company products to safely eliminate pests. Our Techs serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's unique needs. Pest Technicians are trained to identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that provide value to the customer, helping with sales to current customers, and expanding our services to new customers. Pest Technicians display strong communication skills when providing product / service information when working with our customers onsite.

Work conditions: Pests don't always live in nice places - and that's where we do our work. But don't worry - we'll prepare you with all you need to do the work safely and as comfortably as possible. You'll need to be able to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather gear.

Wage Range: $16.00 - $27.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves:
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
