Responsible for driving financial performance, enabling timely and accurate data-driven decision-making, and supporting long-term strategic planning, the position plays a critical role in:Month-end close, reporting, and forecasting activitiesAnnual planning and budgetingCross-functional cost savings and process improvementsCompliance support: audits and taxationJob Responsibilities:Lead all financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for North America.Partner with commercial, category, and brand teams to analyze performance and identify cost and growth opportunities.Drive improvements in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for stronger business insights.Oversee trade promotion and marketing spend to ensure ROI and financial alignment.Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.Build financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.Implement process and system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and multi-currency reporting.Strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or similar industry.Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Proven ability to influence leaders, streamline processes, and drive performance.Why You’ll Love It HereA values-driven, global company with over 75 years of success.Entrepreneurial and collaborative culture that encourages innovation.Opportunity to shape financial strategy during an exciting phase of growth.At Advanced Group, our commitment to diversity and inclusion in every part of our organization is crucial to fulfilling our mission and demonstrating our REAL values.
