Venza Care is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Northside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

- Compensation: $14.00-$20.50/hr based on experience
- Shift Differential: $2.50/hr

- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Support the nursing staff with clinical duties and the monitoring of patient conditions.
- Take and record vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Engage with patients, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the nursing team.
- Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
- Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of patient care and nursing best practices.
- Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
