Job Description for CNA

$2 Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd Shifts

1st & 3rd Shift - EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY

Full Time - 1st Shift (8 Hour Shifts)

Part Time - 1st & 2nd Shifts (4 Hour Shifts - Starts at 6:30am or 6:30pm)

87 Bed Facility

CNA will provide Resident care according to an approved Care Plan

Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

Understand and practice infection control procedures

Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals

Reports all violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

Qualifications for CNA

Completed CNA/STNA Course/State Licensed

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Service mentality and a thirst for learning

Positive Can-Do Attitude

Excellent Attendance
