Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Salesforce architecture and design to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce products and best practices, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce implementations, including custom development and integrations with third-party applications
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in Salesforce development are followed
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend solutions that optimize performance and functionality
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Experience
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST/SOAP)
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Architect or Salesforce Developer, are highly preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
