Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of home healthcare experience
  • Active CNA license/certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be willing to travel to cities within the Northern VA area & Loudoun County
  • Flexible availability is a plus
Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional care to our clients. This is done by following our client's Assessment's and Care Plan's, to ensure their daily routines are completed at the end of each shift. We aim to provide dependable and affordable care to our clients, to ensure a better quality of life for them day-to-day. Responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to:
  • Transferring clients within their home or facility
  • Transporting and accompanying clients to and/or from appointments
  • Following ADL's & IADL's for each client
  • Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, etc.
  • Updating clients, their families, office staff, etc on client's condition by communicating with the involved parties directly.
  • Observe and report any steady, noticeable changes in a clients mood, health, or behavior.
  • Taking client for a walk or assist them by moving around or by doing light exercises
