SENIOR ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Review and understand all documents and assess project risks
  • Understand project logistics and project schedule
  • Manage and Develop cost estimates of “at risk” projects including all material, labor, equipment and general condition costs necessary to deliver a complete project
  • Actively perform pre-construction duties and participate in meetings with clients, owners and engineers
  • Maintain a historical database of costs

SENIOR ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 10 years’ experience estimating Commercial construction projects
  • 5 years estimating all divisions of large scale Commercial Ground-Up projects in excess of $10M
  • Well versed in all estimating principals including reviewing conceptual estimates
  • Ability to communicate collaboratively; team player and balanced in approach
  • Advanced computer skills with estimating software. li>
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
